1. Scope of Agreement

These Terms and Conditions apply to all photography and cinematography services provided by MV Photography (the "Studio") to the client (the "Client") signing a reservation agreement.

2. Reservations and Deposits

A reservation request must be confirmed by the Studio. Booking dates are finalized and locked only upon payment of a non-refundable retainer fee (deposit) and the signing of the customized booking contract. The remaining balance must be paid as outlined in the specific contract timeline.

3. Copyright & Creative Rights

All images, videos, and cinematographic edits created by the Studio remain the intellectual property of MV Photography. The Client is granted personal-use reproduction rights (e.g. printing, social sharing, personal digital storage). Commercial reproduction, resale, or distribution of deliverables without written permission from the Studio is strictly prohibited.

4. Deliverables and Timeline

We strive to deliver preview highlights (teasers) within 2-3 weeks of the event, and full galleries/cinema films within 8-12 weeks. High-end, premium retouching and custom edits take considerable artistic care. Any requested modifications after delivery will be handled according to the contract's change request policies.
